1. Using pure physical tempered glass, with zero water permeability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fire resistance and other characteristics, so that the double-glass modules can be widely used in a variety of harsh environments, and can continue to work for up to 30 years.
2. Using upgraded 6065-T6 aluminum alloy profile, thickened and widened to increase the mechanical load by 20%; two new reinforcement bars are added to increase the frontal snow load of the module to 6000Pa, highly suitable for high mountain and snowy areas.
3. Each reinforcement bar is mounted on the frame with two screws on both sides, and the middle uses highly elastic 3M tape as an anti-collision buffer to better protect the components.

1. The water resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of glass exceed any known plastic, and can be widely applied to harsh environments such as cold, high temperature, high humidity, salt spray and ammonia. The double-sided glass with POE encapsulation material makes TwiSunX modules have superb PID resistance and a service life of up to 30 years.
2. Two aluminum alloy reinforcement bars are added on the back of the module to greatly improve the frontal snow load resistance to 6000Pa, which is highly suitable for high mountainous and snowy areas; the three-part cell design allows the module to control the working current at about 10A, which is perfectly adapted to the current European mainstream inverters.
3. All modules have passed strict mechanical performance tests and EL tests, and the wider and thicker 6065-T6 aluminum alloy frame has increased the mechanical load strength of the modules by 20%. The new reinforcement bar is installed with two screws on both sides, and the high elasticity 3M tape is added in the middle of the reinforcement bar as an anti-collision buffer to better protect the modules.
4. The back cover is white ceramic glazed glass, which can reflect more sunlight and increase the module's power generation revenue by 1%; meanwhile, the black frame design enables the module to melt snow faster in cold regions, thus increasing the power generation efficiency.
5. The outer packaging carton can be customized according to customer needs. Currently, Maysun uses vertically aligned crates with corner protectors separating the modules to avoid metal clashes and friction during shipping. The packaging is secured with multiple plastic ties inside and out to make the modules safer for long distance transportation by land and sea.
